
Terms of Service & Policies

New Clients:
If you are a new client, WELCOME! We ask that you book your service online to create a profile for our system. We ask that you book the correct service according to your hair type and the way you everyday style to ensure that you have the best salon experience, and are given the deserved amount of time with the stylist. If you do not book the right service and time does not allow we will unfortunately have to reschedule a more suitable time for you with the corrected service or if time does allow we will make changes to correct the service and pricing.
Curly Clients:
To our curly clients new or returning, we ask that you book for our dry cuts to ensure that you get the desired shape and there is enough given drying time for a beautifully executed hairstyle. The motto for how to arrive with your hair is clean, dried and detangled. Avoid any hair ties, pins or clips prior; and minimal to no product prior to your curly cut. If you plan to get a color or lightening service when booking, please select the curly cut first and then the coloring service after. If you are a returning client, but have not been seen in the last year we ask that you rebook yourself as a new client to give the right amount of consultation time due to possible change in the hair. Our stylists are in different ranges of curly certifications and have different techniques on how to cut their curly clients, so if you regularly book with a specific stylist but would like to see another in our salon then that will result in you booking as a new client and will be charged as so.
Booking An Appointment:
- Our salon is by appointment only.
- Book an appointment online for all services offered at any time!
- Your appointment will be confirmed via text or email.
Late Policy:
If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment our stylist will have to accommodate to cutting service in half and service what time can allow or stylist can reserve the right to reschedule your appointment with a 50% rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy:
- All appointment cancellations must be within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Same-day cancellations will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.
- All missed appointments via "no show" will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Refund Policy:
Our salon does NOT issue refunds for any salon services. Should you have any questions or concerns about the service received please notify the salon within seven days of your service. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, we ask that you return to the salon and make adjustments to your hair by the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are available to you, at no cost only within seven days of the initial service and will not be left until satisfied.
Weather Policy:
As we know, New England is always unpredictable with the weather. Therefore, if a parking ban is placed during the time of a snow storm we will be closed for the day and will call to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible!
